All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE!
You may reschedule with 24 hours notice but you may NOT cancel.
If you cancel once booked then the deposit is forfeited.
Before Booking: You are responsible for understanding all costs involved with your pets procedure. Many of the costs listed are base line, we have requirements for added pain management and antibiotics after surgeries. All pets must also have an E Collar (cone). Lastly, if your pet is female, there are additional costs involved with a spay.
If your pet is 4 years or older, bloodwork is REQUIRED.
If you are unsure what the total cost of your pets visit will be, please reach out to an employee before booking to understand the costs. No refunds will be issued as upon booking you have agreed that you undertstand the charges involved with your pets appointment.
*Dogs and cats found to have pyometra, ovarian cysts or unusual genital conditions found at the time of surgery will incur additional fees.
Drop-off for surgeries is always between 8:15am and 9:00am. Pick up is the same day around 2pm. The latest pick-up is at 3:30pm. Any pet not picked up by 3:40pm will be boarded at the owner’s expense.

DENTAL CLEANINGS
Stage 1 Dentals start at $389 for Dogs & $289 for cats
- Must book consultation first!
- Stage 1-4 Periodontal Disease
- Extractions vary by cost
- If you book a dental with us after your consultation is complete, a $69 credit for the cost of the dental consultation will be deducted from the final cost of your dental procedure.
- Current Patients: please call direct to schedule your pets dental, no consult needed.
**All cats and dogs are required to be current on core vaccines, proof will be required at drop-off for all surgeries.

Booking a Health Certificate for Travel?
We are not a USDA Veterinarian. If you are traveling and require a Health Certificate please be sure to confirm that you do not need a USDA Accredited Veterinarian before booking and also confirm that the Health Certificate is within the allotted timeframe of your travel requirements. We are not responsible for this error. If the exam takes place, you will still be charged. Most international travel requires a USDA Veterinarian.

PRICING AND POLICIES FOR RABBIT SERVICES

- All rabbits must come in for their procedure on their scheduled day between 8:15am and 9am. Please make sure your rabbit has eaten and bring hay and food to the surgery. Only rabbits should eat prior to surgical procedures and bring food for their surgical day. It is the owners responsibility to read policies and procedures. If you have any questions prior, please contact us before your surgery date.
PRE-ANESTHETIC BLOOD TESTING / PAIN MANAGEMENT / CONES
- 3 months-3 years $89 (optional)
- 4-6 years $99 (REQUIRED)
- 7-9 years $139 (REQUIRED)
- 10+ years $208 (REQUIRED)
(All pre-anesthetic blood testing can be performed at our clinic on the day of surgery)

Additional oral antibiotics and pain medications are available for patients at the owners request.
All surgeries are subject to take home medications at the doctors discretion $20-$40
Surgical Cone Requirements:
ALL SURGICAL PATIENTS MUST LEAVE OUR CLINIC WITH A SURGICAL COLLAR EITHER PURCHASED FROM OUR OFFICE OR FROM AN OUTSIDE RESOURCE AND BROUGHT IN ON THE DAY OF SURGERY.
