When booking your appointment online or by phone, a non-refundable deposit will be required. This deposit will be applied to your bill for services at check-out. It is non refundable. If you decide to cancel or no show, there will be no refund issued. 

We understand that rescheduling an appointment may be necessary. 

Value Pet Vet allows for:

One reschedule with 24 hours notice before forfeiture of the security deposit.

After that, a future rescheduled appointment would require an additional deposit.
