With a flexible, regular and reliable work schedule; 1 to 3 days per week; hourly compensation based on level of experience; ability to transition into a more permanent position with the practice

Working as little as 2-3 days a week with partial benefits, including healthcare plans

A 4 – 4 ½ day work week with full benefits package that includes paid vacation, 401K plus match, CE, insurances (medical, dental, vision, professional liability and life, License fee reimbursement and association dues.  Full-time associates have the added benefit of “earning” an equity position in the company based on contract term and dedicated involvement.  That means NO INFLATED PARTNERSHIP BUY-IN!

90 day program that focuses predominantly on education and practice for “speed spay” procedures utilizing special instrumentation and short-hand techniques designed by our medical director.  After the 90 days, you can choose the clinic of choice to call your new work home (if a position is available at that clinic) OR take advantage of the New Start Equity Buy-in Program

Become an IMMEDIATE equity partner right from the start!  No relocation!  Practice where you live and love!  This option is available to veterinarians who have 5 or more years of industry experience in spay/neuter and other surgery.  Experience and comfort with surgery is a key component with this option!  Our in-house management company does the heavy lifting and will establish a ValuePetVet clinic near you in your preferred State.  We will develop market strategy and assessment, demographics development based on your location and negotiating a Leasehold through our staff brokers, management staff and internal salesforce.  We will also arrange for your training at one of our established clinics to get you ready for practice ownership or send team members to your new clinic!
